Schafezählen ist eine gute Einschlafhilfe

Schafezählen führt keineswegs direkt ins Land der Träume. Wie ein Forscherteam der Oxford University herausgefunden hat, hält das verbreitete Hausmittel gegen Schlaflosigkeit eher wach. Besser geeignet ist die Imagination entspannender Szenen wie etwa eines Wasserfalls, berichtet das britische Wissenschaftsmagazin "New Scientist".

    Ich kann herrlich einratzen, wenn ich einfach meinem Weckerticken lausche! Auch ein Tipp: Man gaukelt sich selber vor, die REM-Phase einzuleiten, indem man mit geschlossenen Lidern die Augen bewegt. Bei mir geht's, ob's bei anderen klappt, weiß ich nicht!

    die zeit kommt einem nicht solange vor, weil man eine beschäftigung hat.
    man kann auch ebensogut (wie ich) musik hören (von wegen R E M phase;))) )
    ist dabei auch relativ egal, welche art von musik - hauotsache man kennt sie, so dass man sie ohne viel denken im hintergrund hören kann.
    nach meiner erfahrung funktioniert kuschelrock genausogut wie heavy metal (wobei man insbesondere bei letzterem an etwaige auswirkugen der LAUTstärke bedenken sollte;) ).
    hat den interessanten nebeneffekt, dass ich die gleiche musik zum einschlafen höre, wie am nächsten morgen zum wecken.
    p.s.:
    zu leise musik ist übrigens auch nicht förderlich, da man sich dann zusehr aufs hören konzentriert

    Wer nicht einschlafen kann, sollte sich hinlegen und sich dabei zwingen wachzubleiben. Dann pennt man garantiert ein.
